Half Day Morning
We meet in hotel lobby and going to Hippodrome Square. We get information about Hippodrome Square, Obelisk, Serpent Column, Walled Column and German Fountain.
We explore the oldcity centre and learn details of Byzantion and Ottoman history. Before walking to Blue Mosque, our guide gives free time for taking photos . Second step is the most famous and one of the most beautiful mosque of Istanbul. It is called as Blue Mosque.
We will see more than 400 years old handmade tiles of the mosque and will learn about the history of the mosque and some basic informations about Islam, praying and your questions will be answered about them. After visiting this beautiful mosque we have photo break between two symbols of Istanbul. You will take photos of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from different angles.
Hagia Sophia Mosque will be next step to see one of the most important place of Istanbul. We will listen the history of 1500 years old Hagia Sophia and will understand why it is so important place by getting all detail from our guide. Our next step will be one of the most famous shopping centre for the region with their collection which consist of handmade carpets, masterpiece jewellery collection, pure leather and variety of gifts that special to Turkey. You can listen the manager who host you there and ask him whatever you want.
You can do shopping in safe with guaranteed and certificated productions. You will have useful tips before going other places for shopping. The tour will be finished in Grand Bazaar and you will be dropped in the oldest shopping centre of the world with more than 4000 shops.
Half Day Afternoon
Our tour will take us to two of Istanbul's most impressive museums, the Hagia Eirene Museum and the Topkapi Palace, where we'll be transported back in time to the days of the Ottoman Empire.
Our journey begins when we meet our guide, who will be waiting for us at our hotel or a designated meeting point. We'll then embark on a comfortable private transportation to the Hagia Eirene Museum, located in the outer courtyard of the Topkapi Palace.
As we arrive at the museum, our guide will be on hand to share fascinating stories and insights about the museum's history and significance, immersing us in the past.
Our next stop is the Topkapi Palace, where we'll be given access to explore its vast and sprawling complex. This palace served as the residence of Ottoman sultans for nearly 400 years, and it is a marvel of architecture and design. As we move through the palace's different sections and the Courtyards, we'll be awed by the sheer grandeur and elegance of this imperial residence.
Throughout our visit, our guide will regale us with stories about the palace's most famous artifacts, such as the Holy Relics and Spoonmaker's Diamond. We'll also gain a deeper understanding of the palace's significance, learning about the customs, traditions, and everyday life of the Ottoman sultans.
